We currently provide PR support to housebuilders on projects that include creating new homes for communities on green field and brown field land, as well as estate agents with ambitious expansion plans and builders and designers working on renovation projects.
We have also worked with housing associations on shared ownership schemes and private sales.
Commercial property
We have carried out campaigns for a number of commercial property firms, publicising their deals and creating thought leadership opportunities for their key figures in mixed use, industrial, office, retail and housing as well as more niche and specialist areas. Our expertise includes running planning consultations to support developers with new supermarket and large scale housing proposals; our work often features regular month-on-month profile raising PR and community relations to achieve a favourable outcome for clients, before, during and after planning has been obtained.
