The tourism and hospitality sector

Empica is proud to have worked with some of the biggest names in the South West in the tourism, leisure, hospitality and hotels sectors. These have included major tourist attractions, hotels, holiday and travel companies as well as many other businesses who supply these industries.

Our roles have been as diverse as the organisations we work for, but have often included promoting the venue, attracting visitors and customers, forging industry links and lobbying politicians and regulators on major issues of concern.

We are hugely creative in our approach and have devised stunts that have captured the imaginations of journalists and the public, using a combination of media relations, photography and video.

It’s not just about the good times though. We supported the sector through the tough Covid-19 restrictions that saw many unable to operate for long periods of time. One of our roles was to help our clients to communicate difficult and sensitive messages, internally as well as externally, often as a result of organisational restructuring brought on by the pandemic.
