Empica helps Client encourage exercise and healthy eating

The team at Empica is always out and about supporting clients whenever we can.

Recently theclub at Cadbury House got involved with Court De Wyck School in Claverham and set up two specially designed courses for the school’s pupils.

Headed by general manager Jason Eaton it was arranged as part of the health club’s ongoing commitment to encourage exercise and healthy eating.

Empica was there to capture all the action as the pupils ran an inner and outer circuit of the school’s ground while stopping as a number of stations where they completed a series of other exercises.

With step ladders, hurdles, skipping ropes and mini spin bikes their strength, stamina and team work were all put to the test.

Laurence said: “As the region’s leading health club it’s great to see the team at Cadbury House engage with the local community. There may even be a future Olympic champion who would have been inspired by the day’s activity.”
